Dahab Egipto

Dahab has long been a mecca for backpackers and hippies, but has now become a popular holiday destination. The city still has an alternative vibe and its typically Egyptian charm. Especially the Assalah district invites visitors to drift between the bazaars and dive into the hustle, whereas Dahab City is rather modern and western. The tourist life takes place in the beach bay area called Lighthouse. Remaining from the hippie tourism are the numerous yoga, self-discovery and meditation courses, which are offered everywhere. Day trips are possible to the Sinai highlands: Saint Catherine's Monastery or Mount Sinai, also called “Mount of Moses”, are popular destinations.
